Central location with easy access to loads of bars & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel could do with a bit of a revamp/tidying up in terms of decoration. The breakfast was basic but acceptable.Staff helpful & friendly.

The location is fantastic, but forget about having a car there, even the taxi had to drop us off at the end of the street. The hotel had a pleasant 'retro' ambience which makes a nice change from the usual chain inspired decorations. Breakfast was fantastic, though a little chaotic, but that was all part of the entertainment. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is superb for sightseeing and all the restaurants. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. As a single lady I felt totally safe in the city y myself.

Apartments next to the Piazza Maggiore and Basilica, awesome location. Rooms were clean and stylish. Window view on Bell tower. Great bed. Lovely staff!

The hotel is in the "dead centre" of Bologna on one of the historical streets: at the same time, the good and the bad news. A taxi can't reach the entrance, park your car nearby, or even approach the entrance for luggage loading. Neibourogh is always crowded, with strong smells of food/fish/sewage, and noise from passersby all night and from cleaning machines and shop service from 05:00 in the morning. The room is tiny and full of decorations, and the bathroom is inefficient. The staff was very helpful and kind. Elevator on the first floor, you have to carry your luggage or ask for help with a long set of stairs,

Charming hotel with beautifully traditional styling. Friendly, helpful staff. I was lucky - I arrived about noon and my room was ready so they let me check in early. I paid it forward and checked out shortly after 9am. Great location surrounded by the food shops, near Piazza Maggiore and all it's attractions.

This hotel was overpriced. We stayed in a tiny room and paid more than for a much bigger and nicer place in Florence. But the location was dead center and perfect. It's ok for a night or two.
